Terrazzo is a flooring system that dates back for centuries, the first Terrazzo floors date back to Neolithic times and evidence of these floors are still in existence today, such is the longevity of Terrazzo flooring.
Our range of Terrazzo come in a choice of far more colours and aggregates than our Neolithic predecessors, aggregates such as mother of pearl and recycled glass can be added to create stunning effects, totally seamless unlike tiles, its unique beauty is just one feature, its ability to withstand the constant everyday use is another. Even after 20 years it can be re-cut to look as good as the day it was installed.
Terrazzo is laid as a resin based system at a thickness of 8mm. With a vast range of background colours and various sizes and colours of marbles, different looks for different areas can be simply created. Used predominantly in areas where high volumes of foot traffic can be expected, Terrazzo is also just as stunning in a residential environment, bringing its own elegance to any living area.
